Doula Services

I am recent a member of The Scottish Doula Network which is a community of wonderful birth workers. As such, I am currently mentored and am working on becoming a better support system for you. It is always a good idea to talk to a couple of doula's to make sure you find someone you love and who you feel completely comfortable with.

A deposit of £150 is required to book my services, after which we can design a payment plan that works for everyone. Before any deposit is paid, I will meet with you for a coffee so that we can get a feel for each other and make sure we will be able to work well together. Having a Doula is a special relationship and its important to make sure you feel comfortable and happy with me.

No matter how I support you, I will be able to provide you with information and give you evidence based content for you to make the best decision for you and your baby.

As I am currently a mentored doula, I would ask that you could please give me feedback after I have supported you.

Putting together a birth plan will help you figure out what you do and do not want for your birth. It will also give you and your birth partner something to refer to with the medical staff during your labour.

You can click on the Birth Plan button to download a free template to work from. I am always happy to help you put a plan together and work through your options!

When you are planning, ask yourself 'What is my ideal birth scenario?' and see what your gut tells you.
