Doula Services
I am a member of The Scottish Doula Network as well as the Red Tent Doulas who are a community of wonderful birth workers. It is always a good idea to talk to a couple of doula's to make sure you find someone who you love and who you feel completely comfortable with.
Having a Doula is a special relationship and its important to make sure you feel comfortable and happy with me. I am always happy to work out a payment plan that suits you best - please feel free to reach out. No matter how I support you, I will be able to provide you with information and give you evidence based content for you to make the best decision for you and your baby.
I am currently not taking on any birth or postnatal clients for the time being. I have a complete plate at the moment and cannot give my full to women in that capacity. However, I am available to support women as they prepare for their labour and birth.
Birth Planning Sessions
Putting together a birth plan can be really helpful in two ways; one - in that it gives you and your partner a written reference when in the heat of labour, and two - it helps you figure out what you do not want to happen during your labour. It can also be helpful to have a chat with your partner about the postnatal period after baby has arrived. There is often a big focus on baby's direct arrival, however it is important to plan for when you settle into your new journey with a young child.

The sessions can be booked in line with your calendar.
You can click on the Birth Plan and Postnatal Plan buttons to download a free template to work from. I am available to help you work through your birth options for £150 as seen below:
When you are planning, ask yourself 'What is my ideal birth scenario?' and see what your gut tells you.
